I offer mental health therapy, clinical supervision, and consultation to individuals located in Oregon.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a consultation call. We will chat and see if it feels like we are the right fit. We will talk about insurance and finances and scheduling. Finally, if all the stars align, we will schedule our initial session.

Intersectionality of my identities (BIPOC, immigrant, parent, queer) offers unique perspective and adds a bit of a twist on therapy. I might not be everyone’s cup of tea and that’s okay. But if you feel curious, let’s schedule a time for a free consultation to see if we are a match.

Drop a few lines on the website’s contact form and I will reply within 72 hours (probably sooner, but I am setting myself up for success here).

If you are choosing to use insurance, the cost will depend on your benefits (deductibles and co-pays). I am in network with most Moda and BCBS plans. I can provide superbills for reimbursement for out of network plans.
You can also choose to pay out of pocket. In that case the cost of initial session is $270 and consequent sessions cost $220.
If the cost is prohibitive to you, please inquire about my sliding scale slots. I have a limited number of sliding scale slots.

I will ask you a lot of questions. You don’t have to answer any, but it helps if you answer some. We will chat and I will probably make references to the weather. We will take time and build a relationship, while building and practicing your coping strategies.
You will probably cry. You will probably roll your eyes. You might give me a chuckle. I am likely to make nerdy references. We will talk about what matters to you. We will set the goals that are important to you. We will practice skills and I might give you homework. Most of all, I will accept you and all your experiences with compassion. Because we all deserve kindness.

When I am not working, I might be in my garden trying to keep my plants alive. I might be running errands (never ending) or taking care of my kids. You might find me on a hike, a walk, or curled up with a book and a cup of tea. I might be trying out yet another hobby and knitting/crocheting/painting/ stitching something. And I am but a human, so I might be caught binge watching a series or parcel watching a movie.
